摘 要:目的 探讨PBL联合情景模拟教学法应用于耳鼻喉科急诊教学的效果。方法 将2019年9月—2021年2月成都中医药大学“黄星垣”班的80名医学生作为研究对象。分为对照组和实验组,各40名。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用PBL联合情景模拟教学法,评估教学效果。结果 培训后,实验组技能操作考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的批判性思维能力评分总分明显高于对照组,在寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲方面评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组培训满意度总分及教学方法满意度、学习积极性、独立思考能力、实际运用能力、团队协作能力、同理心评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合情景模拟教学法应用于耳鼻喉科急诊教学中,能明显提高学生的技能操作、批判性思维及同理心等,获得较高学生满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the emergency teaching of otolaryngology for clinical medical students.Methods From September 2019 to February 2021,80 medical students in the Huang Xingyuan class of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted PBL combined scenario simulation teaching method.The teaching results were compared.Results After the training,the skill operation assessment of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total score of critical thinking ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Among them,the critical thinking traits in terms of finding the truth,open thinking,analytical ability,systematic ability,and curiosity increased(P<0.05).The total score of training satisfaction and teaching method satisfaction of the experimental group,learning enthusiasm,independent thinking ability,practical application ability,teamwork ability,and empathy scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method applied in emergency teaching of otolaryngology can significantly improve students’skill operation ability,critical thinking ability,obtain higher student satisfaction,cultivate empathy and other application ability,which is worthy of promotion.
