摘 要:为活跃课堂气氛,提高教学效果,在中医耳鼻咽喉科学教学工作中运用标准化病人(SP),以鼻衄(鼻出血)为例进行课堂教学改革,SP以其独特的专业性、针对性、灵活性,极大地调动了学生的主动性、能动性,形象表征解剖特点深度契合临床表现,可近距离交流教学经验,从学习能动性、学习具象性、学习高效性3个方面整体改善中医耳鼻咽喉科学的教学难点。虽在实际工作中仍存在一些缺点,但本着客观看待事物的观念,其将在发展中进步。In order to activate the classroom atmosphere and improve the teaching effect,standardized patient(SP)is used in the teaching of otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine,and the classroom teaching reform is carried out by taking epistaxis as an example.SP has greatly mobilized the initiative and initiative of students with its unique professionalism,pertinence and flexibility.Its image representation and anatomical characteristics are deeply consistent with clinical manifestations,and it can exchange teaching experience in a close distance,and improve the teaching difficulties of otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine from the following three aspects:learning initiative,learning concreteness and learning efficiency.Although there are still some shortcomings in the actual work,it will make progress in the development with the concept of looking at things objectively.
