摘　　要：研究基于文献分析对全日制教育硕士生教学能力进行了理论构建,并结合专家评议通过实证检验编制了全日制教育硕士生教学能力量表。研究显示:全日制教育硕士生教学能力是由教学准备能力、教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学反思与研究能力四个维度及其下的九个因子构成的多维度结构体。据此编制成的《全日制教育硕士生教学能力量表》具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为全日制教育硕士生教学能力的测评工具。based on literature analysis,this paper constructs the theory of the teaching ability for full-time master of education,and complies a full-time master's teaching capacity table through an empirical inspection based on expert evaluation.This study shows that the teaching ability of full-time education consists of four dimensions:teaching preparation ability,teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching reflection and research ability,which includes nine factors under it.According to this,the"Full-time Education Master's Teaching Ability Table"has a good reliability and validity,which can be used as an evaluation tool for the teaching ability of the Master of Education.
