摘  要:研究生招生规模日益增长,给研究生入学引导带来更大压力。大部分硕士新生在入学阶段会普遍面临困境,而现在普遍采用的“大课堂式”入学宣讲,针对性和专业性不足。针对于此,我们提出将入学教育“嵌入”到具体专业课程中,潜移默化且有针对性地对学生进行入学引导,以基因工程及综合实验为例,通过项目式教学模式形成“层进式”课程体系,与科研实战对接,采用“理+实”一体化教学夯实学生专业基础,将入学引导教育内容按需融入,构建能够发挥“科研引导”作用的专业课程。通过对学生和教师的调研发现,“科研引导型”专业课程改革成效显著,师生满意度超过95%,特别在师生前期需求强烈的“思维培养”“技能训练”等方面获得较高的评价。课程的实践能够作为研究生入学引导的创新模式和有益尝试,提升研究生培养水平,其未来示范推广前景良好。As the increasing scale of graduate enrollment,it has brought greater pressure to graduate enrollment guidance.However,most new graduate students will face common difficulties in the enrollment stage.The"large class"enrollment training is the most widely used training type now,and it is not targeted and professional.In view of this,we proposed to"embed"entrance education into specific professional courses to imperceptibly and pertinently guide graduate students beginning study.Taking the course of Genetic Engineering and Comprehensive Experiment as an example,we formed a"lamination progressive"course system through project-based teaching mode to connect with scientific research practice,adopted"theory+practice"integrated teaching to consolidate students'professional foundation,integrated the enrollment guidance education content as needed,and built professional courses that can play the role of"scientific research guidance".Through the investigation of students and teachers,it is found that the course reform of"scientific research guiding"specialty has achieved remarkable results,and the satisfaction of teachers and students exceeded 95%.Especially in the"thinking training"and"skill training"which are strongly needed by teachers and students in the early stage,they have received high evaluation.It can be used as an innovative model and beneficial attempt for graduate enrollment guidance,improve the training level of graduate students,and has a good prospect of demonstration and promotion in the future.
