On the relationship between teaching workload and achievements in the comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality in vocational colleges

摘  要:高职院校教学质量是培养高素质复合型技术技能人才的关键,以2021—2022学年H高职院校X系40名教师教学质量综合评价中的教学工作量和业绩成果为例,将相关数据进行标准化、离散化处理,并使用关联规则挖掘其潜在的联系.结果表明,教学工作量和业绩成果存在强相关性.为此,建议不同特征的教师在专业建设、课程建设、技能竞赛等方面取得突破,学院需在做好青年教师培养工作的同时做好专业建设、课程建设、教材建设等的统筹工作.It is crucial for the high-quality education to clarify the relationship between teaching workload and achievements of teachers in the comprehensive evaluation of in vocational colleges.The writer of this paper selects 40 teachers in X department of H vocational college during 2021—2022 academic year.After standardization and discretization of the data,association rules are employed to explore over their potential links.Results indicate a strong correlation between teaching workload and performance achievements.Therefore,it is recommended that teachers with different characteristics make breakthroughs in professional and curricular construction,skill competition and other aspects.The authority should coordinate professional,curricular,textbook construction,and related work.
