摘 要:教师教育高质量发展是建设高质量教育体系的题中之义。新时代教师教育的高质量发展要以培养“教育家型教师”为发展目标,以“协同联动”为发展战略,以“全面发展”为发展旨归,体现目标特色化、内容实践化、过程一体化、评价综合化等基本特征。从价值逻辑角度,“立德树人”的价值基点“、以师为本”的价值规范“、融合共生”的价值选择“、和谐发展”的价值旨归是新时代教师教育的高质量发展的价值旨趣。从战略的角度看,实现新时代教师教育的高质量发展应确立全面系统的发展目标,健全教师教育体系,推进多元主体协同合作以及塑造良好师德师风。The high-quality development of teacher education is the core of the construction of high-quality education system. The high-quality development of teacher education in the new era takes“excellent teachers”as the development goal,“synergy”as the development strategy, and“comprehensive development”as the development objective, which reflects the basic characteristics of the goal characteristic, the content practice, the process integration, the comprehensive evaluation and so on. From value logic point of view, the value base of“cultivating virtues and talents”, the value norm of“teacher-oriented”, the value choice of“integration and symbiosis”, and the value purport of“harmonious development”are the value purport of the high-quality development of teacher education in the new era. From the strategic point of view, to achieve the high quality development of teacher education in the new era means to establish a comprehensive and systematic development goal, improve the teacher education system, promote the cooperation of multiple subjects and shape good teacher ethics.
