摘 要:黄炎培职业道德教育思想是其职业教育思想的伦理底色和价值支撑。从方法论上看,体现为历史和现实相映、共性和个性贯通、理论和实践互融的道德图景。从内容上看,黄炎培以敬业乐群为建构原则和出发点,从道德原则、伦理地位、义利规范、道德品质等方面论述职业道德教育思想。从实践上看,他将做学合一作为道德品质养成的主要途径,主要关涉教师、学生、学校、榜样等因素。步入新时代,工匠精神则成为黄炎培职业道德教育思想的演进路向。Huang Yanpei's professional ethics education ideology is the ethical background and value support of his professional education ideology.From a methodological perspective,it is reflected in a moral landscape where history and reality complement each other,commonality and individuality are interconnected,and theory and practice are integrated.From the perspective of content,Huang Yanpei takes the principle and starting point of professional ethics education as the construction principle and starting point,and discusses professional ethics education ideas from aspects such as moral principles,ethical status,norms of righteousness and benefit,and moral quality.From a practical perspective,he regards the integration of work and learning as the main way to cultivate moral character,which mainly involves various factors such as teachers,students,schools,and role models.Entering the new era,the spirit of craftsmanship has become the evolution direction of Huang Yanpei's professional ethics education ideology.
