摘  要:专业群建设是增强职业教育吸引力,推动职业教育高质量发展的重要途径。适应职业教育的类型特征,高职院校应将企业(或行业)“职位族”确定为专业群建设的逻辑起点。“族”是“群”的建设基础,“群”是“族”的教育表现,“群”与“族”具有对应关系。“职位族”决定了高职院校专业群建设指向、建设内容及建设方法。基于“职位族”建设专业群,高职院校需要调查企业(或行业)“职位族”构成,确定“职位族”不同职位素质要求,制定专业群建设规划及其实施步骤,及时检验专业群建设的实际效果,进而实现建设一批“引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平”专业群的目标。The construction of specialty groups is an important way to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and promote its high quality development.To adapt to the type characteristics of vocational education,vocational colleges should determine the position race of enterprises or industries as the logical starting point of the construction of specialty groups.Race is the foundation of group construction,group is the educational performance of race,group and race have corresponding relationship.The position race decides the direction,content and method of specialty group construction in vocational colleges.Based on the construction of specialty groups,higher vocational colleges need to investigate the composition of position race in enterprises or industries,determine the quality requirements of different positions of position race,formulate specialty group construction planning and its implementation steps,and timely test the actual effect of specialty group construction,so as to achieve the goal of building a group of"leading reform,supporting development,Chinese characteristics,and world level"specialty groups.
