摘 要:目的:研究影响住院医师规范化培训质量评估的关键指标,探讨上海市医院住院医师的岗位胜任力现状。方法:采用因子分析法,选取341名符合条件的上海市各级医院住院医师,从岗位胜任力的临床基本能力、医生职业精神与素质、医患沟通能力、掌握与运用医学知识、团队合作能力、基本公共卫生服务能力、信息与管理能力、学术研究能力等八个方面开展问卷调查。结果:影响住院医师岗位胜任力前三位主要因素是学术研究能力、信息与管理能力、掌握与运用医学知识能力。结论:本研究结果可为住院医师规范化培训提供了参考和方法学依据。Objective:To study the key indicators affecting the quality assessment of standardized training for residents and explore the current situation of job competency of residents in Shanghai hospitals.Methods:A total of 341 eligible residents at all levels of hospitals in Shanghai were selected by factor analysis to carry out questionnaire surveys from eight aspects:basic clinical ability,doctor’s professionalism and quality,doctor-patient communication ability,mastery and application of medical knowledge,teamwork ability,basic public health service ability,information and management ability,and academic research ability.Results:The top three factors affecting the competency of residents were academic research ability,information and management ability,and ability to master and apply medical knowledge.Conclusion:The results of this study can provide reference and methodological basis for the standardized training of residents.
