高职师范院校服务基础教育的途径探析

摘　　要：师范教育是为基础教育服务的,培养基础教育新课改需求的观念先进、知识广博、技能扎实,具有综合性的知识结构和能力素养,具有创新精神和实践能力的小学教师是基础教育的迫切需要。高职师范院校要以教师教育所必需具备的技能为办学抓手,让基本功训练与考核为就业加码,让专业教学法课程为就业护航,让教育实习为就业铺路,让改革创新为师范教育增色,为基础教育培养高质量的师资。Teacher education serves basic education.It is an urgent need for basic education to train primary-school teachers with advanced concepts,extensive knowledge,solid skills,comprehensive knowledge structure and ability literacy,and innovative spirit and practical ability to meet the needs of the new curriculum reform of basic education.Vocational normal colleges should focus on the skills necessary for teacher education,let basic skills training and assessment increase the opportunity for employment,let courses of professional teaching methods escort employment,let educational practice pave the way for employment,and let reform and innovation add charm to teacher education so as to cultivate high-quality teachers for basic education.
