摘 要:当前,社会急需托育人才,而专业的托育师资非常缺乏。现阶段托育师资培养存在理论不扎实、实践技能弱和积极性低等问题,需要通过调整课程教学模式以提高学生的岗位胜任力。研究基于OBE和EIP-CDIO的理念,根据托育师资岗位胜任力特征,以学习成果为导向,以实际项目为载体,开展为期一学期的教学模式探究。研究显示基于岗位胜任力的教学模式,能较好地调动学生学习兴趣和学习主动性,加深了对于理论的理解,提升了学生的实操技能,使其具备托育岗位所需的胜任力,通过改变教学模式,引导学生掌握岗位所需能力。At present,the society is in urgent need of talents,and professional teachers are very short.At the present stage,there are problems such as poor theory,weak practical skills and low enthusiasm in the training of nursery teachers,so it is necessary to adjust the course teaching mode to improve students'job competence.Based on the concept of OBE and EIP-CDIO,according to the competency characteristics of nursery teachers,the research carries out a one-semester teaching mode exploration with learning results oriented and actual projects as the carrier.The research shows that the teaching mode based on the post competency can better mobilize the students'learning interest and learning initiative,deepen the understanding of the theory,improve the students'practical skills,make them have the competence required by the nursery position,and guide the students to master the ability required by changing the teaching mode.
