高职院校有效推进“课堂革命”路径研究——以汽车电气系统检修课程为例

摘　　要：目前,高职院校普遍存在满堂灌的传统教学现状的问题,导致学生积极性不高,课上知识掌握不扎实。针对这个问题,结合高职人才培养目标,以课堂革命为抓手,提出实施课堂革命的五种途径,即学校制度层面出台实施有效推进“课堂革命”的制度及配套政策支持;课程内容层面上要加强课程思政内容供给,整合课程资源,加强“三新”技术应用,及时更新课程内容,适应行业和企业技术发展需要,提高学生就业适应性;教师层面要加强实践教学能力,提升教育教学能力;教材层面要开发新形态教材;教学方法层面要及时更新教学方法。以汽车电气系统检修课程为例,通过“制度、教学内容、教师、教材、教法”等五种途径,在“课堂革命”中深入实施和有效推进,结果表明,该方法能够提升人才培养质量,取得良好效果。At present,there is a problem of the traditional teaching status quo in higher vocational colleges,which leads to students'low enthusiasm and weak grasp of knowledge in class.In view of this problem,combined with the training goal of higher vocational talents,and taking classroom revolution as the starting point,this paper puts forward five ways to implement classroom revolution,that is,to introduce and implement the system and supporting policies to effectively promote"classroom revolution"at the school system level;At the level of course content,we should strengthen the supply of ideological and political content,integrate course resources,strengthen the application of"three new"technologies,timely update course content,adapt to the needs of industry and enterprise technological development,and improve students'adaptability to employment;Teachers should strengthen their practical teaching ability and improve their teaching ability;At the level of teaching materials,we should develop new forms of teaching materials;Teaching methods should be updated in time.Taking the course of Automobile Electrical System Overhaul as an example,through five ways of"system,teaching content,teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods",it is deeply implemented and effectively promoted in the"classroom revolution".The results show that this method can improve the quality of talent training and achieve good results.
