新时代高职院校通识教育教师队伍建设探析

摘　　要：选取6所高职院校作为研究对象,重点对“双高”建设院校进行调研和分析,采用模糊综合评判法这一定量分析方法,对研究对象的通识教育教师队伍现状进行分析,找到薄弱环节,提出改善教师队伍年龄结构和学历结构,加大培训力度、团队建设等方面的建议和对策,以期为其他高职院校学校起到示范引领作用并提供参考和借鉴。The paper selected 5 higher vocational colleges as the research objects with the colleges listed in the High-level Higher Vocational Colleges as the focus.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted to analyze the current situation of the general education faculty to find out what should be improved in the faculty development.This paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures on strengthening the training and team building of the faculty with consideration of the ages and education background of the teachers,so as to provide reference for other higher vocational colleges.
