摘  要:美国世界教育强国地位的形成是多种因素长期综合作用的结果。其中,城市化和国际化的交互影响是源动力,教育系统内部良性发展态势的形成是直接原因,把握历史机遇是“质变”的“催化剂”。纵观美国教育史可以发现,来自教育系统外部的危机、社会运动、法案、移民、协会、智库和私人基金会等力量对教育强国建设发挥了较大推动作用;而教育系统内部的全面保障教育公平、强化人才培养入口端和出口端、以精英化和国际化扩大教育优势等举措,推动了美国教育强国建设形成良好态势。The United States’position as a world education power is the result of a combination of factors over time.Among them,the interaction between urbanization and internationalization is the driving force;the formation of a positive development trend within the education system is the direct cause;seizing historical opportunities is a catalyst.Throughout the history of education in the United States,we can observe that Crises,Social Movements,Acts,Immigrants,Associations,Think Tanks and Private Foundations from outside the education system have played a significant role in promoting the construction of a world education power;within the education system,measures such as ensuring educational equity,enhancing the input and output in talent cultivation,and expanding educational advantages through elite and international education have also facilitating the powerhouse construction.
