摘  要:经过长期发展,英国成为公认的世界教育强国,其经验主要有四方面。第一,构建完备多样的教育体系,在各个教育阶段设置类型多样的学校,为不同需求的学生和家长提供多元选择。第二,构建系统化的教师专业发展框架,有针对性地为不同类型教师提供支持,大力引进全球优秀教师,建设世界一流的基础教育教师队伍。第三,确立创新创业教育理念,研制创新创业教育框架,开发创新创业教育课程及建立创新创业教育组织机构,提升创新创业教育质量。第四,出台一系列教育国际化战略,通过明确国际教育市场、整合不同政府部门优势资源和优化国际学生学习体验等方式,扩大教育的国际影响力。After a long period of development,the United Kingdom has been recognized as a world education power,and its related experience mainly includes four aspects.First,build a comprehensive education system,set up various schools at all stages of education to provide diverse choices for students and parents with different needs.Second,propose a systematic framework for teachers’professional development,provide support for different types of teachers and introduce foreign competitive teachers to construct a world-class teaching force.Third,clarify the values of enterprise and entrepreneurship education,design a national framework for this type of education,develop specific courses and corresponding organizations to improve the quality of enterprise and entrepreneurship education.Fourth,implement a series of policies about the internationalization of education,expand the international influence of UK education by orienting the international education market,integrating the resources of different government departments and optimizing the learning experience of international students.
