摘  要:教育对一个国家和社会的发展至关重要,优先发展教育是以色列崛起的重要举措之一。以色列在建国后短期内就实现了经济和社会转型,成为现代化国家,教育功能的适时灵活发挥是其中一个基础性原因。从教育立国到教育强国,以色列探索了教育赋能国家发展的四条路径:通过持续开展价值观教育,谋求多元共存;建立完备多样的教育体系,兼顾基本保障和拔尖培养;推进教育与创新创业融合,注重环境营造和行为养成;鼓励教育人才交流与引进,倡导人才与国家的发展共赢。Education is crucial for the development of a country.Prioritizing the development of education constitutes an important condition for Israel’s rise.Israel achieved economic and social transformation within a short period of time after its founding,becoming a modern country.Behind this,the timely and flexible utilization of educational functions is the fundamental reason.In order to build an education power,Israel has explored four pathways.Firstly,Israel seeks diverse coexistence of values through carrying out continuous values education.Secondly,Israel establishes a comprehensive and diverse education system to keep a balance between basic guarantees and top-notch training.Thirdly,Israel promotes the integration of education and innovation and entrepreneurship,by prioritizing environment creation and behavioral nurturing.Finally,Israel encourages the exchange and introduction of educational talents to secure a win-win development between talented individuals and the country.
