摘  要:在立德树人的背景下,加强劳动教育,将劳动体验融入到专业教育成为中职院校教育教学改革的重要思路。基于此,文章以中职服装专业为研究对象,以培养新时期高素质劳动者为目的,采取文献分析等方法,对基于劳动体验的中职服装专业教学策略进行研究,并从以下几个方面提出参考建议:即融合劳动教育理念,优化专业课程体系;创新专业教学方式,丰富学生劳动体验;优化校企合作模式,搭建劳动体验平台。In the context of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,strengthening labor education,and integrating labor experience into professional education have become important ideas for the education and teaching reform of the secondary vocational colleges.Based on this,the article takes the secondary vocational clothing major as the research object,with the aim of cultivating high-quality workers in the new era,adopts literature analysis and other methods to study the teaching strategy of the secondary vocational clothing major based on labor experience,and puts forward reference suggestions from the following aspects:integrating labor education concepts and optimizing the professional curriculum system;innovating professional teaching methods to enrich students'labor experience;optimizing the cooperation mode of school and enterprise and building a labor experience platform.
