摘　　要：农业院校专业基础课课程思政建设是新农科建设背景下,坚持“立德树人”,“育卓越农林新才”的必然选择。以涉农院校食品生物化学课程为例,分析了该课程在课程思政教学中存在的问题,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、团队建设和考核方式等方面介绍了课程思政的建设方法,以及以服务三农为特色的多视角课程思政育人途径。经验在仲恺农业工程学院进行探索与实践,取得一定成效,可为农林院校专业课程思政建设提供参考。The ideological and political construction of professional basic courses in agricultural universities is an inevitable choice for realizing the mission of“cultivating people with morality,cultivating outstanding agricultural new talents”under the background of new agricultural science.Food Biochemistry course in agricultural universities was taken as an example,and the problems existing in the ideological and political teaching of the course was analyzed,the construction methods of the ideological and political teaching of the course were introduced from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,team construction and assessment methods,and the ways of multi perspective ideological and political education of the course characterized were introduced by serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The methods of ideological and political construction of Food Biochemistry course and the educational approach of ideological and political teaching were introduced.This method was explored and practiced in Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering,and had certain results were achieved,which could provide reference for the ideological and political construction of professional courses in agricultural universities.
