摘 要:为探究劳动教育的综合育人功能,使用实验法,对天津市某小学一、三、五年级学生进行实验组对照组前测后测设计,实验组在规定时间开展劳动教育的课程,对照组则进行常规教学工作。劳动教育的课程按照团体积极行为塑造的思路进行设计。利用问卷测量小学生干预前后的综合素质水平。结果发现:(1)劳动教育干预后,学生的综合素质水平得到显著提高;(2)不同年级的劳动教育的效果存在差异:小学一年级、五年级效果更好;小学三年级综合素质提高幅度相对较弱。结果表明,基于团体积极行为塑造的劳动教育课程具有综合育人功能。To explore the comprehensive education function of labor curriculum,the experimental method was used to conduct pre-test and post-test design for the first,third and fifth grade students of a primary school in Tianjin.The experimental group carried out labor education courses at a specified time,while the control group carried out normal teaching work.The curriculum of labor education was designed according to the idea of group positive behavior shaping.The comprehensive quality of primary school students before and after intervention was measured by questionnaire.The results show that:(1)the comprehensive quality level of students is significantly improved after the intervention of labor education;(2)the effect of labor education is different in different grades,and the effect of Grade One and Grade Five is better.Grade Three comprehensive quality improvement range is relatively weak.The results show that the labor education curriculum based on group positive behavior shaping has the function of comprehensive education.
