摘  要:在厘清绩效和绩效评价内涵的基础上,对江苏省“双高计划”绩效评价进行政策分析,江苏省在严格按照国家建设要求、充分尊重学校差异的基础上研究制定了区域特色鲜明的评价指标体系,分阶段、多要素考察中期建设质量和效果。积累了聚力协同育人,推动建成共享型产教融合新生态;锚定技术引领,推动生成区域产业特色发展新业态;健全多元办学,形成类型特色人才培养新格局;深化评价改革,健全标准与质量保障新体系的绩效评价经验。Based on clarifying performance and performance evaluation,the author analyzes the policy of “double-high plan”performance evaluation in Jiangsu Province.By strictly following the national requirements and fully respecting the differences between colleges,Jiangsu Province has formulated an evaluation index system with distinctive regional characteristics,in order to examine the quality and effectiveness of mid-term construction by stages and multiple factors.Jiangsu Province has accumulated performance evaluation experience,that focuses on cohesion and collaborative education,promoting the construction of a shared new ecosystem of industry education integration;anchors technology leadership,advancing the generation of new business formats with regional industrial characteristics;improves diversified education,forming a new pattern of cultivating talents with distinctive types and characteristics;deepens evaluation reform,improving the standards and quality assurance new system.
