摘  要:食用菌不仅具有极高的营养价值,其含有的主要活性成分“食用菌多糖”更是作为信息物质与人体健康密切相关。基于对河南省、山东省和江苏省等民间食用菌食疗的配方和大量慢性疾病病案的调查研究,本文从食用菌多糖与糖的来源、人体健康与人类进化的关系、食用菌多糖修复细胞的原理、食用菌多糖在系统医学和功能医学临床中的应用以及食用菌多糖的理论假说与未来展望等方面,阐述了食用菌多糖与人体健康密切相关以及食用菌多糖必将会被广泛应用的前景和造福人体健康的发展理念。Edible mushroom not only has high nutritional value,but also its main active ingredient“edible mushroom polysaccharides”are closely related to human health as information substances.Based on the investigation and research on the formula of folk edible mushroom diet and a large number of chronic disease cases in Henan,Shandong and Jiangsu,the article puts forward his own research views from the aspects of edible mushroom polysaccharides and the source of sugar,the relationship between human health and human evolution,the principle of edible mushroom polysaccharides repairing cells,the clinical application of edible mushroom polysaccharides in systematic medicine and functional medicine and the theoretical hypothesis and future prospect of edible mushroom polysaccharides and expounds that edible mushroom polysaccharides are closely related to human health,the medical prospect that edible mushroom polysaccharides will be widely used and the development concept that edible mushroom polysaccharides will benefit human health.
