黑龙江省植物蛋白产品发展现状研究

摘  要:通过对黑龙江2017-2021年,5种植物蛋白产品的总产值指数进行研究发现,米糠蛋白产品指数和玉米蛋白产品指数之间没有明显的差别,米糠蛋白产品指数和马铃薯蛋白产品指数之间有着明显的差别,米糠蛋白产品指数和小米蛋白产品指数存在明显的差别,说明黑龙江米糠产业、燕麦产业、马铃薯产业整体发展速度有着明显差别,米糠产业与玉米产业的整体发展速度没有明显差别。Through the total output value index of five plant protein products in Heilongjiang from 2017 to 2021,it was found that there was no obvious difference between rice bran protein product index and corn protein product index,there was obvious difference between rice bran protein product index and potato protein product index,and there was obvious difference between rice bran protein product index and millet protein product index,which indicated that the overall development speed of Heilongjiang rice bran industry,oat industry and potato industry had obvious differences.There was no significant difference between the overall development rate of the rice bran industry and the corn industry.
