基于“雨课堂”智慧教学平台的混合式教学模式在“食品添加剂”教学中的应用

摘  要:“互联网+”时代的到来,使“线上+线下”混合式教学成为现阶段高等教育的主要模式。“食品添加剂”作为食品科学与工程专业本科生专业选修课之一,具有知识点繁杂且实际应用性强等特点,传统教学模式难以满足当前的教学需求。针对这一现状,基于“雨课堂”智慧教学平台,开展“食品添加剂”教学改革,探索混合式教学模式在课程教学中的应用效果。实践表明,基于“雨课堂”平台的混合式教学模式,在“食品添加剂”课程教学中取得了良好的教学效果。The arrival of the“Internet+”era,have made“Online+offline”hybrid teaching model become the main mode of higher education at this stage.As one of the elective courses for undergraduates majoring in food science and engineering,Food Additives had the characteristics of complicated knowledge and strong practical application.The traditional teaching mode was difficult to meet the needs of current teaching.In view of this situation,we carried out teaching reform based on rain classroom platform in Food Additives course,to explore the application effect of hybrid teaching mode in course teaching.Practice showed that the Food Additives course teaching under the hybrid teaching mode based on the intelligent teaching platform rain classroom has achieved better teaching results.
