从实践教学入手全面提升临床师资岗位胜任力

摘　　要：提升临床师资岗位胜任力是住院医师规范化培训的关键环节,是影响培训质量最关键的因素。构建合理的住培师资岗位胜任力培养体系,是我国完善医学后备力量培养机制、提高住院医生临床操作水准和诊治水平的重要措施。随着住院医师规范化培训的深入开展,评估考核体系单一、师资力量不均衡、软硬件设施应用不合理等问题成为住院医师规范化培训发展的瓶颈。文章以哈尔滨医科大学附属某三甲医院(以下简称基地医院)为例,从实践教学入手全面提升临床师资岗位胜任力,创新性地提出四维度提升、五阶递进式住培师资岗位胜任力培养体系,为后期住院医师规范化培训学员的教学工作提供良好的导向工作。Improving the competence of clinical teaching positions is a key link in standardized training for resident physicians and the most critical factor affecting the quality of training.Building a reasonable competency training system for residential training teachers is an important measure for China to improve the mechanism for cultivating medical reserve forces,improve the clinical operation level and diagnosis and treatment level of resident doctors.With the deepening of standardized training for resident physicians,problems such as a single evaluation and assessment system,imbalanced teaching staff,and unreasonable application of software and hardware facilities have become bottlenecks in the development of standardized training for resident physicians.The article takes a tertiary hospital affiliated with Harbin Medical University(hereinafter referred to as the base hospital)as an example to comprehensively improve the competency of clinical teaching positions through practical teaching.It innovatively proposes a four-dimensional improvement and five-step progressive competency training system for resident training teachers,providing a good guidance for the teaching work of standardized training students for resident physicians in the later stage.
