摘  要:混合式教学是传统教学与网络化教学优势互补的一种教学模式。基于产出导向理论,依据驱动、促成和评价的教学流程,运用于大学英语视听说课程教学领域,该教学模式包括精心设计的混合式教学内容、“量体裁衣”的混合式学生学习和多方参与的混合式教学评估。为了探究这一模式的适用性,以G大学的两个非英语专业本科生班级为研究对象,开展了为期两个学期的实验教学。研究发现:产出导向的混合式教学比现行教学方式有明显优势,能够有效地促进学生听说能力的发展,而且得到了学生对“网络自主学习+翻转课堂+传统教学”混合式教学的认可。未来可以从两方面进行优化:一是以产出为导向,促进大学英语视听说课的有效教学;二是以促进学习为目标,不断提高教师的评价素养。Blended teaching is a teaching model of the mutual compensation for advantages of both face-to-face instruction and E-learning.Based on the output-oriented theory and the teaching process of driving,facilitating and evaluating,a new teaching model which is a combination of web-based autonomous learning,flipped classroom,face-to-face instruction is applied to the teaching of college English audio-visual speaking course in G university.It includes well-designed teaching contents,competency-based instructing and learning and multi-dimensional evaluation.In order to explore the effectiveness of this model,the study conducted a teaching experiment for two terms on the two classes of non-English majors.The research indicates that the outcome-based blended teaching has obvious advantages over the current teaching methods,which can greatly promote students’listening and speaking abilities.This teaching model can be improved from two aspects:one is to improve the effectiveness of English audio-visual speaking course teaching,the second is to promote student’s learning as a goal and improve teachers’qualities of evaluation.
