对分课堂结合TBL-PBL-LBL教学模式在“食品毒理学”课程中的综合应用

摘　　要：探索不同教学模式在“食品毒理学”课程中的应用效果,通过分析“食品毒理学”课程不同章节特点,将对分课堂(PAD)与TBL-PBL-LBL教学模式有机融合进“食品毒理学”课程,发现在学生考试成绩、教学环境、教学质量评价及学生对本模式的满意度等方面均取得了较好的效果,有效地提高了学生的团队写作能力、食品外源化学物的综合分析检测能力等。该教学模式在“掺伪食品检验”“动植物检验检疫学”及“食品标准与法规”等后置课程中有一定的应用潜力。To explore the application effect of different teaching modes in“food toxicology”course,the teaching model of“PAD Class”and“TBL-PBL-LBL”was organically integrated into the teaching process of“food toxicology”by analyzing the characteristics of different chapters.The results found that good results were achieved in the aspects of students'examination scores,teaching environment,teaching quality evaluation and students'satisfaction in this model.It effectively improved the students'ability of team writing,comprehensive analysis and detection of foreign food chemicals and so on.This teaching model has potential application ability in the post-courses of“adulterated food inspection”“Inspection and quarantine science of animal and plant”and“food standards and regulations”.
