摘　　要：根据动植物源性食品安全常见问题,总结市场上国产食品安全检测试纸条的产品种类,分析我国食品安全检测试纸条的不足,展望其在未来应用中的发展方向,以期为相关企业、第三方检测机构及相关主管部门提供参考,进一步推动食品安全检测试纸条在我国的应用和发展。According to the common problems of animal and plant food safety,the product types of do-mestic food safety test strips on the market were summarized,the deficiencies of China's food safety test strips were analyzed,and the development direction of their future application was prospected,in order to provide references for relevant enterprises,third-party testing institutions and relevant competent authori-ties,further promote the application and development of food safety test strips in China.
