摘 要:目的探究在康复实践能力教学中采用以问题为基础(Problem-based learning,PBL)的教学法结合以病例为基础(Case-based learning,CBL)的教学法的效果。方法将2020年1月—2021年8月在枣庄市中医医院实习的60名枣庄职业学院康复专业医学生作为研究对象,按抽签法分为对照组、观察组,每组30名。对照组采用传统教学方式;观察组采用PBL结合CBL教学方式。比较2组学生的出科考试成绩(理论知识+实践操作)以及教学满意度。结果观察组的出科考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的教学满意度93.33%(28/30)高于对照组的83.33%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合CBL教学法更适合康复实践能力课程,其注重临床批判性思维的培养,有助于增强学生的思考能力、分析和解决问题的能力,发挥学生在学习中的主体作用,提高学生沟通能力和学习兴趣。与传统的教学模式相比,PBL结合CBL教学法能取得更好的教学效果和教学反馈,应推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based teaching method(PBL)combined with case-based teaching method(CBL)in the teaching of rehabilitation practice ability.Methods 60 cases of medical students majoring in rehabilitation of Zaozhuang Vocational College who practiced in Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were stud⁃ied,and they were divided into group A and group B according to the method of drawing lot,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with traditional teaching method.Group B adopted PBL combined with CBL teaching method.The theory and practical opera⁃tion results of examination and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%,25/30),and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method is more suitable for rehabilitation practice ability teaching,which can help the students to pay attention to the cultivation of clinical critical thinking,help to improve students’abilities of thinking,analyzing and solving problems,and help to play their principal role in learning and to improve communication skills and interest in learning.Compared to the traditional teaching mode and teaching feedback,this teaching method can get better achieve⁃ments.It should be widely promoted and applied in teaching.
