摘　　要：回顾了标准化病人(Standardized patients,SP)概念的提出及在国内外的发展情况,分析了其在临床技能培养中的作用及优势。结合自身实践经验,探讨了SP在诊断学技能教学中的具体实施过程,主要包括SP的选拔、临床案例剧本的编写及SP作为被检查者、评估者和指导者的培训方法。对实践过程中发现的问题做出了进一步反思并展望了SP在医学教育中的发展前景,以期为SP应用于其他临床学科提供一定借鉴经验。This paper reviewed the concept of standardized patients(SP)and its development at home and abroad,and analyzed its role and advantages in clinical skill training.Combined with their own practical experience,this paper discussed the specific imple-mentation process of SP in the teaching of diagnostic skills,mainly including the selection of SP,the compilation of clinical case script and the training method of SP as examinee,evaluator and instructor.It further reflected on the problems found in the process of prac-tice,and looked forward to the development prospect of SP in medical education,in order to provide some reference experience for the application of SP in other clinical disciplines.
