校企合作背景下高职院校计算机专业人才培养模式的构建

摘　　要：高职院校是我国教育界发展过程中不可或缺的一部分,对于国家高素质专业技能人才的储备与输入发挥着举足轻重的作用。新时期,教育领域不断深化改革,对培养先进性的人才资源提出了严格要求,面对如此严峻的形势,高职院校教师必须深刻意识到传统教育模式已经不适合当代计算机专业人才培养工作的长足发展,要想改变这种局面,就必须打破传统,加强校企合作的实施。本文分析了校企合作的特点,探讨了校企合作背景下加强高职院校计算机专业人才培养模式构建的现实意义,并提出了校企合作背景下高职院校计算机专业人才培养模式构建的有效措施,希望能够为大家提供一定的借鉴与帮助,助力高职院校计算机专业人才培养工作迈向理想的发展道路。Higher vocational colleges are an indispensable part of the development of our education sector and play a decisive role in the reserve and input of high-quality professional and skilled talents.In the new era,the deepening reform in the field of education has put forward strict requirements for the cultivation of advanced talent resources.In the face of such a severe situation,teachers in higher vocational colleges must deeply realize that the traditional education model is no longer suitable for the rapid development of the contemporary computer professional talent cultivation work.In order to change this situation,we must break the tradition and strengthen the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation.This paper analyzes the characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation,discusses the practical significance of strengthening the construction of the training mode of computer majors in higher vocational colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,and puts forward the effective measures of the construction of the training mode of computer majors in higher vocational colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,hoping to provide some reference and help for everyone.To help vocational college computer professional personnel training work towards the ideal development road.
