摘  要:在立德树人根本任务的指引下,高职院校应提高对劳动教育的重视程度,力求能够将学生培养成为德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才,优化人才供给,借助人才培养工作的开展为中国特色社会主义现代化建设提供良好的支撑。新时期,高职院校在教育改革实践中,应深刻解读劳动教育的特色需求,从劳动教育课程渗透的视角,积极探索高职院校课程体系的重新建构和应用,有效带动劳动教育工作的科学创新。Under the guidance of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,higher vocational colleges should increase the importance of labor education,strive to cultivate student groups into high-quality talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,optimize talent supply,and provide good support for the modernization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics through talent cultivation work.In the new era,higher vocational colleges should deeply interpret the characteristic needs of labor education in the practice of educational reform,actively explore the reconstruction and application of the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of labor education curriculum infiltration,and effectively drive scientific innovation in labor education work.
