摘 要:目前,我国国学师资的素质不容乐观。国学师资难以胜任国学教学、难以有效地引导学生理解国学经典、更缺乏对传统文化的创生能力的现象较为严重。提高国学教育质量,解决国学师资素质偏低的问题,已迫在眉睫。为解决国学教育师资素质偏低的问题,师范院校在国学师资的职前培养上应发挥主渠道作用。而师范院校要发挥在国学师资培养上的主渠道作用,应创建有利于国学师资培养的良好环境条件、加强自身的国学师资队伍建设,构筑“概与元”“专与融”“选与必”结合的课程体系、加强教材建设,采取课内与课外、“理论”与实践相结合的教学途径,并创建具有浓郁的国学氛围的校园文化。At present,the quality of Traditional Chinese Learning teachers in China is not optimistic.It is difficult for teachers to be competent in Traditional Chinese Learning teaching,to effectively guide students to understand Chinese classics,and to regenerate traditional culture.It is urgent to improve the quality of Traditional Chinese Learning education and address the low quality of teachers.In order to solve the problem,normal colleges and universities should play a major role in the pre-service training of Traditional Chinese Learning teachers.In order to play the role of the main channel in teacher training,normal colleges and universities should create good environmental conditions conducive to the cultivation of Traditional Chinese Learning teachers,strengthen the construction of their own Traditional Chinese Learning teachers and construct a“general”,“meta”,“specialized”,“integrated”,“optional”and“compulsory”curriculum,strengthen the construction of teaching materials,and adopt a teaching approach that combines in-class and out-of-class,theory and practice,and create a campus culture with a strong atmosphere of Traditional Chinese Learning.
