摘 要:在文化背景多元的民族地区培根铸魂是推进民族地区教育质量提升的根本价值追求。如何在充分挖掘各民族优秀民族文化资源的基础上,进一步提升幼儿园教师课程开发水平是亟待解决的重要问题。文化回应教学为解决这一问题提供了新的视角。文化回应教学要求重塑民族地区幼儿园课程开发的理念与目标,探索民族地区幼儿园课程资源开发与利用的新思路以及改变园本课程开发中的教师角色。当前,民族地区幼儿园课程开发还存在课程开发理念与幼儿文化经验背离、课程资源开发对民族文化重视不足以及课程开发者文化回应角色缺失等问题。文化回应教学视域下民族地区幼儿园课程开发需要重视民族文化融入,采用基于幼儿文化体验的课程开发理念;纳入中华优秀传统文化精髓,构建具有文化多样性的课程资源库;秉持文化包容的观念,树立文化回应者的教师角色。It is the fundamental value pursuit to promote the improvement of education quality to cultivating soul and root culture in ethnic areas with diverse cultural backgrounds.How to further improve the curriculum development level of kindergarten teachers on the basis of fully exploiting excellent ethnic cultural resources is an important issue demanding urgent solution.Cultural response to teaching requirements reshapes the concept and goal of kindergarten curriculum development in ethnic areas,explores new ideas for the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources in ethnic areas,and changes the role of teachers in the development of kindergarten-based curriculum.At present,there are still some problems in kindergarten curriculum development in ethnic areas,such as the deviation from curriculum development concept and children's cultural experience,the insufficient atention to ethnic culture in curriculum resource development,and the lack of role of curriculum developer response culture.Under the perspective of cultural response teaching,the curriculum development of kindergartens in ethnic areas needs to make following endeavors:to attach importance to the integration of ethnic culture and adopt the curriculum development concept based on children's cultural experience;to incorporate the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and build a curriculum resource library with cultural diversity;to adhere to the concept of cultural tolerance,establish the teaching role of cultural responders.
