摘  要:新型城镇化背景下,农民工随迁子女的教育问题引起社会的广泛关注。采取随机抽样的方式在珠三角地区选取一所农民工子弟学校开展问卷调查,对农民工随迁子女学习经验的现状进行研究。结果表明:农民工随迁子女学习经验总体处于中等偏下水平,3个维度中学习动机得分最高,学习态度次之,学习焦虑得分最低;大部分农民工随迁子女学习焦虑不明显,但有1/4左右的学生存在较为明显的课堂焦虑和情绪担忧问题;农民工随迁子女高度认同学习的重要性,但有40%左右的学生学习信心和探究动机不足;农民工随迁子女学习动机水平总体较高,自我投入和工作投入普遍较多,但在自己能否学好数学方面,部分学生的感受存在比较明显的差异。为进一步提高农民工随迁子女的学业成绩,使其更好地融入城市进而促进其健康成长,学校和教师应着力加强对农民工随迁子女的心理指导,缓解他们的焦虑情绪;激发探究动机,提升农民工随迁子女的自信心;培养学习兴趣,提升农民工随迁子女的学习动机。Under the background of new urbanization,the education of migrant children has aroused widespread concern in the society.A questionnaire survey was carried out in a school of migrant children in the Pearl River Delta region by random sampling to investigate the current situation of the learning experience of migrant children.The results show that the learning experience of migrant children is generally at the lower-middle level.Among the three dimensions,the learning motivation score is the highest,the learning attitude second,and the learning anxiety score is the lowest.Most of migrant children have no obvious learning anxiety,but about 1/4 of the students have obvious classroom anxiety and emotional worry.Migrant children highly recognize the importance of learning,but about 40%of the students lack confidence in learning and motivation to explore.Migrant children have a higher level of learning motivation and more self-involvement and work involvement.However,in terms of whether they can learn mathematics well,some students have obvious differences in their feelings.In order to further improve the academic performance of migrant children,make them better integrate into the city and promote their healthy growth,schools and teachers should strengthen the psychological guidance to migrant children and alleviate their anxiety;stimulate the motivation to explore and enhance the self-confidence of migrant children;cultivate interest in learning and enhance the learning motivation of migrant children.
