职业院校校企合作育人模式的探索--以交通类高校为例

摘　　要：在新时代产教融合背景下,高校可以抓住职业教育蓬勃发展的契机,与企业联合办学,合作育人。开展教学改革,培育双师型教师队伍,探索“订单式”人才培养新模式,构建完善的职业教育体系,实现校企双赢。以交通类高校为例,高校联合交通企业开展合作办学,可以培养高质量交通技能人才,助力“一带一路”建设,也为高校转型发展开辟了新天地。Under the background of the integration of industry and education in the new era,colleges and universities should seize the opportunity of the vigorous development of vocational education,cooperate with enterprises in education.It is aimed to carry out teaching reform,cultivate double-qualified teachers,explore a new training mode of“order class”,build a sound vocational education system,and achieve a win-win situation between schools and enterprises.Taking transportation vocational colleges as an example,colleges and universities cooperate with transportation enterprises to run schools,which can train high-quality transportation talents,help the construction of“Belt and Road”,and open up a new horizon for the transformation and development of colleges and universities.
