摘 要:近年来,我国教育现代化持续推进,普通高校成人学历教育逐渐从最初的夜大学、函授等面授教学向在线教育模式转变。“互联网+”时代下,如何有效改革继续教育工作,创建继续教育质量保障长效机制,是现阶段高职继续教育教学工作需要解决的重点问题。健全的监督机制是持续提升教学质量的重要保障,“互联网+”时代下的高职继续教育主要是通过计算机网络技术开展,监督教学质量环节也是借助互联网实现。通常将教学质量监控体系划分成线下监控、线上监控两种,其中线上监控体系组成包括教学主管部门、学员以及任课教师,而线下监控体系则是高职继续教育主管部门与企业单位合作,定期抽查继续教育教学活动,同时评估教学效果。只有线上与线下监控相结合,方可对教学质量进行有效评估,实时改进教学中的不足。In recent years,the modernization of education in our country continues to push forward.Adult education in ordinary colleges and universities gradually transforms from the original night university,correspondence teaching and other face-to-face to online education mode.In the era of“Internet+”,how to effectively reform the continuing education work and create a long-term mechanism for continuing education quality assurance is the key problem to be solved in the continuing education and teaching of higher vocational education at present.A sound monitoring mechanism is an important guarantee for the continuous improvement of teaching quality.In the“Internet+”era,higher vocational continuing education are mainly carried out through computer network technology,and the link of supervising teaching quality is also realized by means of Internet.The monitoring system of teaching quality is usually divided into two types:offline monitoring and online monitoring.The online monitoring system consists of the teaching department,students and teachers,the off-line monitoring system,on the other hand,is for higher vocational continuing education departments to work with enterprises to regularly spot-check continuing education teaching activities and assess teaching effectiveness.Only the combination of on-line and off-line monitoring can effectively evaluate the teaching quality and improve the deficiencies in real-time teaching.
