摘 要:传统人工的缺陷检测效率不高,准确性低,因此木材缺陷检测的方式应向智能化和机械化发展。数字图像处理技术在木材缺陷识别中应用广泛,提高其精准性、实时性及鲁棒性一直是探讨的重点。介绍了图像处理在木材加工中的应用现状,包括图像预处理、图像分割、图像缺陷特征提取和识别,概括了相关算法的原理及优缺点,并对图像处理在木材加工中的研究方向进行了展望。Traditional manual defect detection methods were not efficient and accurate,so wood defect detection methods were gradually becoming intelligent mechanization.The application of digital image processing technology in wood defect recognition was widely promoted,and improving its accuracy,real-time performance,and robustness has always been the focus of exploration.In this paper,the application status of image processing in wood processing,including image preprocessing,image segmentation,image defect feature extraction and recognition was introduced,the principles,advantages and disadvantages of related algorithms were summarized,and the research direction of image processing in wood processing was prospected.
