摘  要:R语言是使用最广泛的统计计算与统计作图工具之一。“试验设计与数据处理”课程是江苏食品药品职业技术学院食品科学与工程(4+0)本科专业开设的一门专业必修课程。针对“试验设计与数据处理”课程教学中存在问题,课程基于R语言从线上线下混合式教学、实践操作能力培养、课程思政元素融入、科教融合协同育人和多元化评价等方面进行一系列教学改革与实践探索。经过教学改革之后,学生数据分析处理能力得到较大提升,学生科研素养、创新意识得到进一步加强,较好支撑后续课程的学习和专业人才培养目标的实现。同时,课程的实践探索也为其他同类课程的教学改革提供一定借鉴与参考。R language is currently one of the most widely used tools for statistical calculation and drawing.Experiment Design and Data Processing is a compulsory course for food science and engineering(4+0)major of Jiangsu Food and Pharmaceutical Science College.In response to the existing problems in the teaching of the course of experiment design and data processing,the course is based on R language,and has undergone a series of teaching reforms and practical explorations from online and offline blended teaching,practical operation ability cultivation,integration of ideological and political elements in the course,collaborative education through science and education integration,and diversified evaluation.After the teaching reform,students'data analysis and processing abilities have been greatly improved,and their scientific research literacy and innovation awareness have been further strengthened,which has better supported the achievement of subsequent courses and talent cultivation goals.At the same time,the practical explorations of this course also provide certain reference for theteaching reform ofother similarcourses.
