摘  要:该研究在充分借鉴国内外有关教师职业认同研究的基础上,结合访谈结果,采用改编的物理师范生教师职业认同量表,对某部属师范大学的物理公费师范生的教师职业认同进行调查研究。结果发现,男女物理公费师范生在职业情感、职业效能与职业意志方面存在显著差异,男生显著高于女生;农村与城市物理公费师范生在职业情感、职业意愿与职业榜样三个方面职业认同度很高,在职业效能、职业意志与职业价值方面认同度稍低。可以通过养成教育方案,如开展生涯发展、卓越师范生培养提质计划等策略培养和提升物理公费师范生教师职业认同水平。Based on the research of teachers'professional identity at home and abroad,and combined with the interview results,this study adopts the adapted Teacher's professional Identity Scale for Physics normal students to investigate and study the teacher's professional identity of physics normal students in a normal university.There are significant differences between male and female students in professional emotion,professional efficacy and professional will,and the male students are significantly higher than the female students.The rural and urban physics normal university students have a high degree of occupational recognition in the three aspects of occupational emotion,occupational willingness and occupational role model,and a little low degree of occupational efficacy,occupational will and occupational value.It is possible to cultivate and improve the professional identity level of teachers in publicly funded physics normal university students through cultivation education programs,such as career development and quality improvement plan for outstanding normal university students.
