银耳多糖对嗜酸乳杆菌的增殖效果研究

摘　　要：文章以银耳多糖为碳源,通过测定嗜酸乳杆菌在不同的银耳多糖体积分数条件下发酵液的电导率、菌体细胞的结构形态、生长曲线及活菌数,探究银耳多糖对嗜酸乳杆菌增殖效果的影响。最终结果表明银耳多糖对嗜酸乳杆菌的生长有促进作用,银耳多糖的体积分数为0.8%时嗜酸乳杆菌的增殖效果最好。The paper uses tremella fuciformis polysaccharides as the carbon source,and explores the effect of tremella fuciformis polysaccharides on the proliferation of lactobacillus acidophilus by measuring the conductivity of the fermentation broth,cell structure and morphology,growth curve,and live bacterial count under different volume fractions of tremella fuciformis polysaccharides.The final results indicate that tremella polysaccharides have a promoting effect on the growth of lactobacillus acidophilus,and the proliferation effect is best when the volume fraction of tremella polysaccharides is 0.8%.
