摘 要:党的二十大报告指出,教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑。科技创新人才的培养是科技创新的关键,也是高等教育与基础教育共同的使命。科技工作者参与中小学科学教育是培养科技创新人才的时代诉求、国家创新体系建设的组成部分、促进科学教育高质量发展的重要抓手。科技工作者参与中小学科学教育,旨在改善青少年心目中的科学家形象、增强青少年的科学从业意愿、弘扬科学家精神、培养青少年的跨学科实践能力。科技工作者参与中小学科学教育的实践路径主要包括:参与中小学科学教育政策制定、科学教育实践活动以及科学教师培训等。科技工作者要积极投入中小学科学教育,坚持走一条“科教融合”之路,让科学教育更好地服务科技创新。The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that education,technology,and talent are the fundamental and strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.The cultivation of talents for scientific and technological innovation is crucial,serving as a shared mission of both higher education and basic education.The era significance of technology workers involvement in primary and secondary science education can be summarized in three aspects.Firstly,it reflects the demands of the time for the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents,and reflects the shared responsibility of the education and technology sectors.Secondly,as a component of the national innovation system,it forms a foundational link to reduce the circulation of knowledge and accelerate knowledge innovation.Thirdly,it serves as a vital lever for promoting the high-quality development of science education in primary and secondary schools,contributing to driving reforms and innovations in primary and secondary science education.The participation of science and technology workers in primary and secondary school science education aims to improve the image of scientists in the minds of young people,guide their willingness to engage in scientific work,cultivate the spirit of young scientists,and enhance their interdisciplinary practical abilities.The key pathways for science and technology workers to participate in science education in primary and secondary schools include participation in policy formulation for primary and secondary science education,engagement in science education practical activities,and contributions to the training of science teachers.Science and technology workers should actively invest in science education in primary and secondary schools,adhere to the path of“integration of science and education”,let science education improve technological innovation efficiently.
