摘 要:“双师素质”是中职院校教师团队建设的主要方向。为分析中职院校“双师素质”教学团队专业技能建设情况,以工艺美术专业为例,通过问卷调研和数据实证分析,发现中职院校教师的专业能力、课堂操作实践能力、院校对“双师素质”教学团队的投入等方面皆有待进一步加强;“双师素质”教学团队的建设和发展要依靠教师专业技术能力、课堂多元化发展、教师学术指导能力和专业实践操作能力等。为此,应提升中职院校教师的专业实践能力,完善多元化绩效考核机制;优化“双师素质”教学团队建设环境,加强对教师的职业技术培训。“Double quality”teaching is the main direction of teacher team construction in secondary vocational colleges.In order to analyze the construction of professional skills of“double quality”teaching professional team in secondary vocational colleges,the study takes the arts and crafts major as an example,and does questionnaire survey and data empirical analysis.It is found that the professional ability of teachers in secondary vocational colleges,classroom operation and practice ability,and the investment of colleges in“double quality”teaching team need to be further strengthened;and the construction and development of“double teacher quality”teaching team should rely on teachers’professional technical ability,classroom diversified development,teachers’academic guidance ability and professional practice ability,etc.It is necessary to enhance the teachers’professional practice ability,perfect the diversified performance appraisal mechanism;optimize the construction environment of“double quality”teaching team,and strengthen the vocational and technical training of teachers.
