摘 要:小学教育专业师范生知识水平和教学能力的强弱对于塑造下一代学生的学习能力至关重要。通过对297名小学教育专业师范生进行问卷调查,收集其学科教学知识的掌握程度以及学科教学能力水平的相关数据,并分析师范生在内容传授、课程设计和教学策略应用方面的学科教学知识水平与学科教学能力的相关性,以是否参与实践为分类标准,分析其学科教学能力的影响因素。结果表明,小学教育专业师范生学科教学知识与学科教学能力呈正相关,丰富的实践经历能够提高其学科教学能力。师范类院校应为小学教育专业师范生提供更多的实践机会,使他们能够在实际教学中将所学知识传授给学生。The knowledge level and teaching ability of students of primary education major are very important to shape the learning ability of the next generation of students.The study conducts the questionnaire survey on 297 students of primary education major in the normal university;collects relevant data on their mastery of subject teaching knowledge and subject teaching ability;and analyzes the correlation between subject teaching knowledge level and subject teaching ability of normal students in terms of content imparting,curriculum design and teaching strategy application;takes participation in practice as the classification standard;and analyzes the influencing factors of teaching ability of students of primary education major in the normal university.The results show that their teaching knowledge is positively correlated with their teaching ability,and rich practical experience can improve their teaching ability.Normal colleges and universities should provide more practical opportunities for normal students so that they can pass on what they have learned to students in practice.
