摘 要:目的探讨案例式教学法(CBT)在针灸治疗学课程中的应用效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年1月江西中医药大学15级针灸推拿班共144人为研究对象,分为实验组(案例式教学)与对照组(传统教学),以期末考核成绩及教学效果满意度问卷调查分数为评价指标。结果实验组及格率100%(72/72)高于对照组的86.11%(62/72)(P<0.05);实验组总成绩为(79.03±4.31)分,对照组总成绩为(64.65±4.68)分,实验组学生总成绩优于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,实验组学生教学效果满意度调查问卷分数更高(P<0.001),认为CBT教学法在理论知识目标、实操能力目标、心理情感目标及教学综合目标的实现上要优于传统教学(P<0.001)。结论针灸治疗学课程应用CBT能够提高学生成绩,加强学生自学能力,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生学习积极性和课堂专注力,学生满意度高,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of case-based teaching(CBT)in acupuncture and moxibustion therapy course.Methods A total of 144 subjects were selected from Grade 15 acupuncture and massage classes of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to January 2019,which were divided into experimental group(case-based teaching)and control group(traditional teaching).The evaluation indexes were based on the final assessment scores and the questionnaire survey scores of teaching effect satisfaction.Results The passing rate of the experimental group was 100%(72/72),which was higher than that of the control group(86.11%,62/72)(P<0.05).The total score of the experimental group was(79.03±4.31)points,and that of the control group was(64.65±4.68)points.The total score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,students in the experimental group had a higher score in the questionnaire on teaching effect satisfaction(P<0.001),and believed that CBT teaching was better than traditional teaching in achieving theoretical knowledge goals,practical ability goals,psychological and emotional goals and comprehensive teaching goals(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of CBT can improve the academic performance of undergraduates,strengthen students’self-learning ability,stimulate learning interest,improve learning enthusiasm and classroom concentration,and achieve high student satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
