摘  要:在高职教育的产教融合过程中,各个利益相关方都有自己的利益需求,如何实现各利益相关者的共同诉求达到双赢,是高职教育高质量发展的重要策略。德国高等职业院校“双元制”的教学模式,是各国政府和企业在职业教育领域进行合作的一项创新;“学徒制”是英国一种以企业为主体的校企合作型人才培养模式。通过选取德国和英国两国的人才培养模式,从不同利益相关者的角度出发,对比分析两国的基本状况和典型模式,并借鉴国外的先进经验,从中找出合理部分改进我国高等职业教育产教融合人才培养模式的途径与方法。In the process of integration of production and education in higher vocational education,all stakeholders have their own interest needs.How to deepen the common demands of all stakeholders and make them achieve win-win goal is an important strategy for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.The teaching mode of“dual system”in German higher vocational colleges is an innovation of cooperation between governments and enterprises in the field of vocational education;“Apprenticeship”is a college-enterprise cooperative talent training mode in the United Kingdom with enterprises as the main body.This paper selects the talent training models of Germany and Britain,compares and analyzes the basic situation and typical models of the two countries from the perspective of different stakeholders,and draws on the advanced experience of foreign countries to find out the ways and methods to reasonably improve the talent training model of the integration of industry and education in our country’s higher vocational education.
