摘 要:师范类地方本科院校生物科学专业实践教学中存在认识误区、重视程度不足、资源投入不足、课外实践教学环节薄弱、实践教学形式单一、内容相互割裂、考核机制缺乏及考核体系不规范等问题。为更好地解决师范类地方本科院校向“综合型”或者“应用型”转型发展中存在的问题并适应新需求,生物科学实践教学体系改进的措施为:增加资源投入,加强硬件建设;注重“双师型”教师培养,加强实践教学团队建设;改革教学方式,优化实践教学内容;重视专业技能培养,加强师范技能培训;建立实践教学质量标准,完善质量管理体系。在此基础上,建议坚持以学生为中心,立足应用型人才培养目标,构建“教师技能+专业技能”的双实践教学体系,着力建设“一个核心、两个体系、三个平台、四个模块”的实践教学体系。In the practical teaching of biological sciences in normal local undergraduate colleges,there are problems such as misunderstanding,insufficient attention,insufficient resource investment,weak extracurricular practical teaching links,single practical teaching forms,separated contents,lack of assessment mechanisms,and irregular assessment systems.In order to better solve the problems existing in the transformation and development of normal local undergraduate colleges to"comprehensive"or"application"and adapt to new needs,the measures to improve the biological science practice teaching system are put forward.We increase resource input and strengthen hardware construction;pay attention to the training of"dual-teacher"teachers and strengthen the construction of practical teaching teams.We optimize practical teaching content and reform teaching methods,attach importance to the training of professional skills and strengthen teacher skills training.We also establish practical teaching quality standards and improve the quality management system.On this basis,it is recommended to adhere to the student-centered,based on the goal of application-oriented talent training,build a dual-practice teaching system of"teacher skills+professional skills",and strive to build a practical teaching system of"one core,two systems,three platforms and four modules".
