摘　　要：在中医思维的指导下将案例教学法(CBS)应用于中医外科学教学,通过临床案例展示、教师启发,让学生进入四诊合参、病证结合、辨证论治和三因制宜的模拟临床情境当中,培养学生运用中医思维解决临床问题和动手实践的能力。此文深入剖析了内蒙古医科大学中医学院中医外科教研室在中医思维的指导下,运用CBS教学法对中医外科学课程进行教学改革的举措,以培养“能临床”“用中医”“爱中医”的中医专业医学生;以期通过深入探讨为同行提供借鉴。Under the guidance of thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,the case-based teaching method(CBS)was applied to the teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Through clinical case display and teacher inspiration,students were allowed to enter into the simulated clinical situation involving four diagnoses,combination of disease and syndrome,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and three causes,and the ability of students to solve clinical problems and practical practice with thinking of traditional Chinese medicine was cultivated.Under the guidance of thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,department of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,college of traditional Chinese medicine,Inner Mongolia Medical University,applied CBS teaching method to carry out the teaching reform of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to train traditional Chinese medicine students who can be clinical,use traditional Chinese medicine and love traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for peers through in-depth discussion.
