摘  要:随着社会的发展,基于多元结构构筑的现代化高职院校教育体系逐渐形成,微课作为其中的代表性创新模式,对于增强学生与教师的互动、提升学生的学习兴趣具有重要现实意义。本文主要结合相关的内容说明,系统地探究高职院校学前教育专业美术教学当中的微课应用问题,包括:课程定位不够准确;重学科、轻儿童;课程创新性不足;评价模式封闭。从优化师资结构,明确课程定位;精心设计微课,丰富学习资源;优化微课内容,构建特色课程;发挥微课作用,提高教学质量;拓展微课资源,实现深度复习;开展多元评价,锻炼综合能力等方面给出合理意见。With the development of society,a new higher vocational college education system based on multiple structures has gradually come into being.As a representative innovation,micro lesson is of great practical significance for raising students'learning interest and enhancing the interaction between students and teachers.Guided by the principles proposed by related authorities,this paper gives a systematic and detailed analysis to the problems concerning the application of micro lesson in the fine arts teaching for the students majoring in preschool education from higher vocational colleges,such as inaccuracy in the course orientation,too much stress on the major disciplines,insufficient attention to the features of children,lack of innovations on the curriculum design,and inadequate openness in the evaluation system.And then it put forward suggestions on how to get the course teaching properly orientated,how to optimize the teaching staff structure,how to enrich the teaching and learning resources,how to enhance the teaching content,how to implement multi-assessment system in the micro lesson teaching,how to design the micro lesson teaching cleverly to make the course teaching unique with its own features etc.
