摘  要:迈克尔·富兰在以复杂性理论视角阐释学校变革问题的过程中,强调教师在教育变革中的关键作用。富兰认为,教育变革有其明确的道德目标;来自教师的本体动力、派生动力和本源动力推动着教育变革目标的实现、民主社会以及学习型社会的形成。作为前提,教师在变革中作用的发挥以构建个人愿景的能力、探索的能力、控制的能力和协作的能力四项关键能力为基础。将富兰教师能力思想置于当下“教师核心能力”的学术语境与分析框架下重新加以剖析,使该理论在新时代变革情境中的价值与活力得以显现。In Michael Fullan's interpretation of educational reform from the perspective of Complexity Science,he emphasizes the pivotal role of teachers in educational reform.Fullan argues that educational reform has its clear moral goals;the noumenal motivation,derived motivation and source motivation from teachers promotes the realization of educational reform goals and formation of democratic society and learning society.As a premise,the role of teachers in educational reform is based on their core competencies:personal vision and inquiry,the capacity of mastery and collaboration.The value and vitality of Fullan's ideas of teachers'competencies in the new era will be revealed if it is reinterpreted under the current academic context and analytical framework of"teachers'core competencies".
