摘  要:目的构建医学院附属医院临床教师教学能力评估的指标体系,开展实证应用研究并对其效果作出评价,为教学医院对教师教学能力的评估提供科学可行的理论和依据。方法2019年9月—2021年9月,选取在齐齐哈尔医学附属第三医院工作的100名临床教师作为研究对象,将新构建的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系引入教学管理工作实际,对100名临床教师进行评价。与原有评价体系结果对比,验证指标体系的有效性和优劣性。结果新指标体系包括4个一级指标,16个二级指标和60个三级具体评价标准。原有指标体系包括4个维度,分别为教师自评、同行评价、学生评价、教学督导评价。每一维度缺乏详细具体评价标准。实证研究结果,与原有评价指标对比,优秀及良好人数增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新的评价指标体系能够准确发现临床教师教学能力存在的问题。临床教师学历评分相对较低,为(8.90±1.30)分,本科学历一线教师占47%,博士研究生占比为1%。临床教师定期进修访学评分仅为合格,评分为(7.30±3.00)分。临床教师主持的教研课题评分为合格(7.30±2.00)分,指导大学生创业课题和专业成果评分为不合格,分别为0(0,0)分和(2.40±0.30)分。结论研究成功构建了一套适合附属医院临床教师教学能力评价指标体系,并且通过实证应用研究,证实其高效、可行,有助于准确发现临床教师教学能力存在的问题及制定相应对策。Objective To construct an indicator system for evaluating the teaching ability of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,conduct empirical application research,and evaluate its effectiveness,providing a scientific and feasible theory and basis for the evaluation of teachers'teaching ability in teaching hospitals.Methods From September 2019 to September 2021,a total of 100 clinical teachers working at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University were selected as research subjects,and the newly constructed clinical teacher teaching ability evaluation index system was introduced into teaching management work to evaluate 100 clinical teachers.Compared the results with the original evaluation system to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the indicator system.Results The new indicator system included 4 first level indicators,16 second level indicators,and 60 third level specific evaluation standards.The original indicator system included four dimensions,namely teacher self-evaluation,peer evaluation,student evaluation,and teaching supervision evaluation.The original indicator system lacked detailed and specific evaluation criteria for each dimension.The empirical research results showed that compared with the original evaluation indicators,the number of excellent and good individuals increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The new evaluation index system could accurately identify the problems in the teaching ability of clinical teachers.Clinical teachers had a relatively low academic score of(8.90±1.30)points,with 47%of frontline teachers holding undergraduate degrees and 1%of doctoral students.The clinical teacher's regular study visit score was only qualified,with a score of(7.30±3.00)points.The teaching and research projects led by clinical teachers were rated as qualified(7.30±2.00)points,while the guidance for college students'entrepreneurial projects and professional achievements were rated as unqualified(0,0)points and(2.40±0.30)points,
